Colleen Younger Property Valuation Administrator Investiture

Colleen Younger Property Valuation Administrator Investiture

Today we celebrate the investiture of our friend and client, Colleen Younger, the new Jefferson County Property Valuation Administrator. Colleen Younger easily won the November 6th race by a 61-to-39 margin. The office of the PVA determines the official value of real estate and personal property in Jefferson County for tax purposes, which impacts the  property tax bills of homeowners and businesses. These taxes are used to fund public schools and public safety. Younger will work to provide fair and accurate property assessments for all Jefferson County residents to ensure that all students receive the quality education they deserve and that all residents of Jefferson County are safe in their homes.

She is pictured here with our friend and client Commonwealth’s Attorney Tom Wine, our friend Jefferson County Judge Executive Queenie Averette, our friend and client Jefferson County Attorney Mike O’Connell, our friend and client Jefferson County Circuit Court Clerk David Nicholson, and our friend Councilwoman Barbara Sexton Smith. Congratulations to Colleen!
