Jean graduated from Tulane University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in International Relations. She joined Mulloy Borland in 2017. She previously worked as a research assistant at the Exploited Children’s Help Organization, where she led community programming and designed a social media marketing campaign. She was also a technical writer at Fund 17, a New Orleans microfinance organization. She wrote a legal guide and instructional material for small business owners in Louisiana.
Jean assists with media relations and provides communications support to clients including political campaigns, digital media, events, and public policy. She executes community events, does media placement and advertising, copywriting, social media campaigns, and contributes to advocacy efforts.
